Natalie grew up in a Christian home, going to church regularly and in a relationship with God from a young age. She always knew God was there and at the age of 15 she experienced the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.

Natalie has been leading in youth ministry for over 12 years and loves introducing young people to the love of God and journeying with them. She is also passionate about training youth workers and volunteers.

She has a degree in youth work with practical theology through Centre for Youth Ministry and is currently studying a Masters in Theology through Westminster Theological Centre.

She is married to Chris and they have 2 sons, Reuben & Daniel and they foster their niece Olivia.

Natalie loves spending time with people and also enjoys swimming and going for walks.

Mitch put his trust in Jesus at the age of 19. The next day, he shared his faith with others and has continued to do so ever since. From unemployment,  he went on to work as a fitness instructor for 2 years before serving for 16 years as a Firefighter with the Northern Ireland Rescue Service.  

A co-founder and senior evangelist with Crown Jesus, he stepped into full-time ministry in 2011. Mitch is the author of ’Snatched from the Fire’ (IVP),  holds an M.A. in Applied Theology, sits on the Board of Compassion Ireland and is an Associate Evangelist of J.John. Married to Amanda, they have two children, Noah and Megan.

Shortly after moving to Belfast, Isaiah joined Crown Jesus Ministries in 2023. He works as part of the operations and finance team where he brings a vast range of experience.

Isaiah has a passion for serving in ministry and is keen on using his gifts and skills to support the work of the Crown Jesus Ministries.

Isaiah also teaches music and has a strong passion for leading worship.

Helen responded to the Gospel at the age of eight and began her faith journey to more fully understand the enormity of what Christ did for her. Helen’s adventure with the ministry began in 2013 when she joined the Academy programme. From then, she continued volunteering for the ministry whilst studying to gain a BA Hons in Theology. Now, she co-ordinates all the children’s work.

Helen loves coffee, hiking and travelling.

As a young man Davy thought the world was just a great adventure full of mischief and mayhem…

But at the age of 33, he had a radical encounter with Jesus and from that moment on the real adventure began. He realised that he was a new man, forgiven and filled with a new hope that only the Spirit can give and he knew he had to share this glorious Gospel with anyone who would listen. He began sharing his testimony in churches and through volunteering with the Belfast Prayer Room team.

In September 2021 Davy joined the Crown Jesus team as a street evangelist. His desire is to encourage everyone to trust in Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and to equip the church in Ireland to reach out into the margins where God has placed them.

Davy is married to the amazing Helen and has 2 beautiful daughters. He is so thankful for the love and support from his family and most of all he is overwhelmed that Jesus would die for him.

Carina surrendered her heart to the Lord in May 2012. At that time, she was set free from addiction and healed of Bell’s Palsy.  

She has been on staff since 2023 and is our evangelist administrator, who loves to see people transformed by the power of the gospel.  

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French through Queens University and has a love for languages, having travelled to many parts of the world.

Carina has lived in France, Australia and Jersey and met her husband Jamie in a Christian bookstore. They live with two little cats – Charlie and Bailey! She enjoys writing devotionals, teaching God’s Word and being creative!

After being brought up attending church and encouraged to make her own choices about faith, Amanda became a Christian at the age of 17. Her passion to see others grow personally and reach their full potential in Christ underpins all that she does. Amanda was appointed as C.O.O in September 2020 and brings a wealth of experience managing staff in the retail sector for over 22 years and of course is no stranger to Crown Jesus Ministries being a silent co-founder and supporting the ministry as a volunteer from its conception in May 1999.

Amanda is married to Mitch and they have two children Noah and Megan. She loves to read, go on long walks, watch a good crime series and support the mighty Tottenham Hotspur
