She is happily married to Keith and they have a son Cian who loves life and especially football.Â
She loves walking, especially by the sea, singing and going to concerts. And prayer, which has the power to transform every situation even if it is mainly changing us.
Crawford became a Christian at the age of 13 during a summer scheme. He has been involved in his church since then in the areas of Child Protection, Praise and Worship leading and helping to maintain the buildings etc. With a background in Electrical Installation and also having worked in the Civil Service these skills are now applied at Crown Jesus in his role as Facilities Coordinator.
He is married to Claire and they have three teenage girls, Mya, Cerys and Faye. He is a keen motorcyclist and is also involved with Fireblade Ministries who minister at motorcycling events and hold an annual motorcycle show.Â
Rose grew up going to church and believing in God but she didn’t truly begin her journey of knowing and following Jesus until she was 14 during the 2020 pandemic. That was the year her passion for telling others about Jesus first began! She has joined the team after finishing the 10 month Academy internship with Crown Jesus, where she was part of the Create stream and also diving into all aspects of the ministry.
On top of digital content creation, she teaches drama as part of a performing arts school and studies at Bible College online. During her last 2 school years, she achieved A-levels in Art, Media Studies and English Literature. She loves all things creative or adventurous and is passionate about almost everything under the sun.
Ian gave his life to Jesus at 5 years old with his grandad John, but only took his faith seriously from the age of 16 and has been passionate about sharing the good news ever since. With a background in youth work through a number of Presbyterian Churches and Greater Ballyclare Youth for Christ, Ian is pretty new to CJM, having joined the youth team in May 2025. He loves helping young people explore faith in fresh and relevant ways—whether that’s through talks, fun, games or Bible study.
He holds a degree in Theology from the Belfast School of Theology, is a committed member of Cooke RFC 1XV, and never says ‘no’ to a flat white. Ian is married to Amy, and they have a dog called Stanley. Together, they love opening their home, laughing with friends, and serving Jesus in their home church Ballylinney.
Nathan came to faith early in childhood, following the example set by his parents. Growing up as a minster’s son, he experienced many aspects of ministry and discovered a real desire to serve in the way God created and shaped him to.
Nathan loves music and writing, using both these passions in his role as a children’s evangelist. Nathan lives in Dungannon with his wife Ruth and three great boys, Josiah, Ezra and Solomon.
At the age of 14, Stee put his trust in Jesus. He has been on staff since 2004 and for most of that time, has been involved in youth ministry, heading up the Youth & Schools programme. Recently he moved into the new role of Project Manager, helping to co-ordinate our county projects across Ireland.
He has a Bachelor of Divinity degree through Queens University and also a keen interest in videography, drama and event organising.
He is married to Carey and they have 2 girls Sophia and Aria. They also live with plenty of animals – dogs, horses, donkeys, a pony and even a rabbit! Stee loves all sports with a particular interest in football and snooker.
